The following rules of conduct apply in our practice and also during home visits.
If you do not adhere to our code of conduct, we will take measures. This may include reporting to the police, removal from practice and deregistration as a patient from our practice.
• Instructions from our employees must always be followed.
• Aggressive behavior is not allowed.
By this we mean undesirable behavior such as pushing, insulting, repeated unreasonably demanding behaviour. Aggressive behavior such as blackmail, intimidation, announcing violence, verbal aggression, making death threats. Physical violence such as screaming, spitting, threatening, hitting, holding or enclosing a person and destroying property.
• We will report to the police if you have damaged an employee or patient as a result of your behavior.
• Smoking is prohibited in our GP practice.
• Drug use and alcohol use are also prohibited.
• The use of mobile phones, tablets, laptops, etc. is permitted in the waiting room, but must not cause any nuisance.
Complaints can be reported to your doctor or via a complaints form (klachtenformulier), available via the website or at our desk.
